Terawih

Assalamu'alaikum,

Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah

I wish and pray all of you are having a great Ramadan and will alays do till the end of Ramadan Insyallah ameen.

Alhamdulillah, managed to performed to tarawih prayers at Ba'alwie. Subhanallah, i really miss terawih tho it was only a week in shanghai bt the feeling of Ramadan was diffrent, can say the area where i stayed tk rasa Ramadan langsung. Sedih sungguh...tatkala selepas solat maghirb we wll sit down and recite Tasyahud and Istighfar..mengalir air mata terkenang ber-Ramadan di tanah air bersama kelaurga tersayang. =(

Alhamdulillah, today habib shared something which he shared every yr but it's ery meaningful to me. Its about kelebihan soalt 20 rakaat. Habib always emphasised that we fiish 20 rakaat because its the moreafdal compared to 8. He used an example if we have $8 is Alhamdulillah good to us but if we have $16, masyallah that would be better. nd he alwas emphasised too on reading short surahs during tarawih. Yes its true indeed Allah said in the Al-Qur'an read whichever surah u like but ayyiil Waalid Habib Muhammad Bin Salim Al 'Attas always touches on importance of short surahs because firstly, we don't drag the jemaah and also, by reading short surahs, we complete them with full meaning instead of cutting surahs and u dnt knw where to start and end it completely. He also shared about how h salf as salih from Hadramaut last time loves to recite short surah and ensure that everyone completes 20 rakaat to gain rahmah, barakah and maghfirah of Allah swt. Alhamdulillah, habib also reminded us that we alwayshave to be thankful to Allahd ay and night in tis blessed month that He has allowed us to celebrate this wonderful month once again and we are able to perform the tarawih prayers. Subhanallah Alhamdulillah Allahuakbar.

Alhamdulillah, i can;t wait for tomorrow and the the day after tomorrow and the after tomorrw tomorrow...heheh!! I cant believe its Ramadan...the month i've been looking forward to. Oh Allah, i plead you Ya Allah, dont le Ramadan pass till you've purified me Ya Allah and allow me to meet with Lailatul Qadar Ya Allah...a night better thn a thousand months...=)

Allahumma ballighna Lailatul Qadr Ya Allah!!
